If the express package is not opened, you need to bear the shipping cost to return it to China. No return or refund will be accepted after opening the package.

Use the tracking number to check on the following website:
1. If your tracking number starts with "WN"or"LT", please click track718 and enter the tracking number
2. If not. Please click 17track and enter the tracking number.

We do not provide free returns unless there is a quality issue. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning unopened merchandise. Please contact service@lustory.com for the return address.
